Inbound Personal Property

The Inbound Personal Property Office arranges delivery of inbound household goods and whole baggage shipments. It is not a delivery point for these items. The office is located at 911 22nd Street in Building 5208 directly behind the Army Women’s Museum and can be reached at (804)-734-4169 or (804)-734-4167.

Household goods that were placed in non-temporary storage prior to an overseas tour are handled by a dedicated representative. Anyone with questions about goods in non-temporary storage can contact either the inbound or outbound office and ask to be transferred to the storage representative at (804)-734-4168.
